Q.  Can I use a PO or pay by check?
A.  Yes, you can do this.  Please contact us by email at to find out how this works.

Q.  Can you take my order by phone so I don't have to order online? Will I get a receipt? How?
A.  Yes, you may contact us by phone at 1-919-246-4896 (M-F, 9-5 ET) to place your order by phone.  We will enter it into the store for you.  Your receipt will be emailed to you or sent via U.S. mail, whichever you prefer.

Q.  I made a purchase, and I can't find my product.  I can't find where to download the product on the screen?
A.  On the order confirmation page, you will see a download button next to each downloadable item you purchased:Download Button Example
If you have already closed your order confirmation page, you will have received an email with the phrase, "You can always find out the current status of your order by going to:" and a link. Follow the link, and enter your credit card number used for the purchase at the bottom of the page to enable the download. If your item was free, simply click the "apply" button with nothing in the space for credit card number.

Q.  Can I download a downloadable product more than once?
A.  Yes, you may download a product more than once for your personal use.  However, you will break the license agreement if you provide your order information to another person and allow them to download the item as well.  The license is not transferrable.

Q.  I have downloaded a file with a flash presentation. How do I start the training program to see how it works?
A.  To view the training program, extract the zip file to an easily accessible folder.
For our Introduction to cGMP Training, within that folder is another folder called "03_Introduction_To_cGMP_FLASH_Presentation_v3".  Open that folder, and double click on the file called "03_Introduction_To_cGMP_FLASH_Presentation_v3.htm".  This will open your web browser, and should start the presentation. If you see a security warning, just click the "OK" button because this is not an unsafe file in any way.  If you have your volume at a sufficient level, you should hear the speaker walking you through the presentation.

Q.  Can you send me a CD of my product?
A.  If you paid for shipping on a downloadable product, and prefer a CD, we can send you one.  However, since the downloads are available immediately via your web browser, you will receive the item immediately if you choose the download option.  If you accidentally paid for shipping on a downloadable product, we will remove the shipping charge if you added it erroneously.

Q.  Can I get a reprint of my receipt?
A.  Yes, please locate the email you received after your purchase - this will serve as your receipt.  If you cannot locate the email, please contact us at and we will assist you.

Q.  Can I get a refund or change the date for the BTEC training course I purchased?
A.  Yes, if you contact us at least 21 days prior to the course, you may obtain a full refund or change the date you wish to attend.  If you are within the 21 day limit, please contact us at to discuss options.

Q.  I need directions, parking, hotel and restaurant information for the BTEC course. A.  Please contact us at and we will assist you.

Q.  The coupon code I have doesn't work.  Can you help me? A.  Please contact us at and we will assist you.

Q.  Can the training files be used on multiple computers or a network server for use by multiple users simultaneously? A.  Yes, they may be used in this manner.  Please refer to the license included in the item zip file for more details.

Q.  If I change the PowerPoint presentation I purchased, will this also change the Flash and/or Audio automatically?
A.  No, it does not change automatically. However, Kymanox can offer additional services to update and customize your Flash and Audio for your company's training presentation.  Please contact us at for more details.
